Sales Executive
Responsibilities:
- Developing a sales strategy and setting sales targets.
- Generating leads using different platforms.
- Identifying marketing opportunities and developing sales leads.
- Assessing potential clients' IT needs and recommending products.
- Cold calls as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.
- Identify potential clients and the decision-makers within the client organization.
- Research and build relationships with new clients.
- Consulting with IT developers and management on product offerings understanding.
- Ensure that data is accurately entered and managed within the company’s CRM or other sales management system.
- Keeping informed on technical product specifications and functionalities.
- Submit weekly progress reports and ensure data is accurate.
- Meet potential clients by growing, maintaining, and leveraging your network.
- Set up meetings between client decision makers and company's decision makers and company's practice leaders/ Principals.
- Track and record activity on accounts and help to close deals to meet targets.
Client Retention:
Present new products and services and enhance an existing relationship. Work with technical staff and other internal colleagues to meet customer needs. Arrange and participate in internal and external client debriefs.
Qualifications:
- Any graduation or bachelor’s degree.
- Any previous experience in IT software sales.
- 2-4 years of experience in an IT sales environment.
- Advanced knowledge of marketing and sales strategies.
- Basic understanding of IT industry terminology and jargon.
- Ability to liaise with management and IT developers about sales strategies.
- Exceptional ability in negotiating sales deals, contracts, and service agreements.
- Ability to evaluate client feedback and provide after-sales service.
- In-depth knowledge of consumer behavior, as well as industry trends and innovation.
